What is the maximum occupancy?
The home accommodates up to 6 guests total, including children and infants. This is strictly enforced to ensure comfort and compliance with local regulations.
Can we bring more than 6 guests if we have children?
The standard maximum occupancy for Waves of Grace is 6 guests total, including children and infants.
However, we understand that some families have unique needs. In certain cases, exceptions for additional children may be considered with prior approval.

We’ll do our best to accommodate when it is safe and appropriate for the home.
We aim to make space for families who don’t always fit standard booking limits.
How far is the beach?
Waves of Grace is located approximately a 4-minute drive to public beach access. This allows for easy beach days while enjoying a quieter, less crowded neighborhood setting.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
Is the pool heated?
Yes—optional pool heat is available for an additional fee.
We recommend pool heat during cooler months (typically October–April) for the most comfortable experience.
Is smoking allowed?
No. This is a 100% smoke-free property, including indoor and outdoor areas, as well as the driveway.
Violation of this policy may result in additional fees and termination of the stay.
What about parking?
There is driveway parking available for guests.
Please note:
- No overnight street parking (per HOA)
- No RVs or trailers without prior approval
What is included with my stay?
Your stay includes:
- Fully equipped kitchen

Are parties or events allowed?
No. Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in:
- Immediate termination of the stay
- Additional fines and fees
Is the home family-friendly?
Yes. Waves of Grace was designed with families in mind, offering a private pool, open living space, and a quieter location away from high-traffic tourist areas.
Please note: While family-friendly, the home is not fully childproof, and supervision is required at all times—especially around the pool.
Are pets allowed?
No—pets are not permitted at this property. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.
Are there cameras on the property?
There may be exterior security cameras at entry points and/or the driveway for safety and occupancy verification.
Guest privacy is always respected. Cameras do not record inside the home.
Are there noise monitors?
Yes, the home may be equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only.
These do not record conversations and are used solely to help maintain a peaceful environment.
